RERA Community publishes property and project information supplied by sellers, agents, developers and authorised representatives. We present the source record, its most recent update date and any RERA number provided with it.

What “RERA” information means

A displayed RERA number is a reference supplied for the listing. Buyers must independently confirm registration, promoter details, approvals and current status on the applicable state RERA authority website before making any payment or commitment.

Review standards

We may review listings for identity, completeness, duplicate content, contact information, images and obvious inconsistencies. Review does not constitute a legal, financial, title or construction-quality guarantee.

Prices, availability and distances

Prices, inventory, offers, possession dates, amenities and travel distances can change. Users should obtain a current written quotation and supporting documents from the responsible seller or developer.

Corrections and complaints

If information is inaccurate, outdated or infringes rights, email support@agastyainnotech.com with the page URL, the correction requested and supporting evidence. We review substantiated requests and may correct, label, restrict or remove content.
